Farm and Home Publishers not only prints a rural directory every year in close to 530 counties but also partners with local sponsors to produce custom publications to their specifications. For years FHP has worked with local sponsors like county governments, the 4-H, Soil & Water Departments, the Farm Bureau, along with many others. Organizations work with FHP to produce their own county plat book to sell as a service or to help drive support for their organizational activities. As the largest rural directory company in the United States FHP is in a very unique position to help guide your organization through this process and to help you drive sales as well. Marinette County, Wisconsin publishes a plat book every two-three years. In May of 2015 Marinette County received a number of proposals for printing of the 2015-2016 Official Plat Book of Marinette County. The project was awarded to Farm and Home Publishers, LTD and by early September 2015 the books were printed and delivered.

In the fall of 2017 the Stone County (Missouri) Soil & Water Conservation District staff decided to pursue having a new Plat book published knowing it would be a convenience and a blessing for the county residents. After all, the last Plat book published in Stone County, Missouri was in 2009! In our pursuit we contacted your staff and begin talking with Marlene Black. We were given a copy of a completed Plat Book as an example and liked what we saw.

As we began the process with your staff it was very evident you would be willing to work with our particular needs as far as design, quantity and pricing. You all were very accommodating with our requests and communicated with us often to insure everything would meet our expectations.

A few weeks ago we received our Plat Books and just wanted to let you know they are perfect! We are impressed with the quality of the maps and photos; overall, amazing. And due to your fair pricing we are able to pass this publication on to our residents at a fair price. I anticipate the Plat Books will sell quickly.
