Full Mailing Services

• Takes care of everything from printing names and addresses, processing the list, and delivering the mailing to our local post office
• List processing includes:
  • CASS certification
  • Deletion of duplicates
  • Checking for non-deliverable mail

• Choose First Class Mail:
  • When content is time-sensitive
  • Once the order is dropped off at the post office, First Class will typically be delivered in 2 to 5 days in most cases
  • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and Guam may take longer.
• Choose Standard Mail:
  • When you have at least 200 pieces and the content is not time-sensitive
  • This type of bulk mailing is less expensive, but the USPS processes it on a “time available” basis
  • No guaranteed delivery time
  • Once the order is delivered to the post office, local Standard Mail is typically delivered in 2 to 14 days
  • If a piece is undeliverable, it will not be returned, and USPS will recycle it
• The delivery times listed above are based on USPS estimates once your mail has been delivered to the post office. When trying to determine when your mailing will be delivered to its recipients, please account for the turnaround time for the process and printing of your order.

• All mailing delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Farm and Home Publishers’ responsibility is limited to preparing your mailing and completing delivery to the USPS.
• Farm and Home Publishers’ responsibility ends when the job is delivered to the local post office. In no event shall Farm and Home Publishers be liable for USPS performance failures or delivery delays.
